Technical Project Manager
NBME (National Board of Medical Examiners) needed a new website to be able to keep providing its services efficiently and with a clean interface. We realized a platform based on Drupal CMS with a custom template.
My role on the project
I managed the whole project development gathering requirements from the client, writing users stories and coordinating the developers tasks using the Agile method.
The whole client team was located in USA and the developers team in Europe, despite the timezone difference I was able to coordinate the project efficiently and to deliver on time. A key element for the success of the project has been an always up to date functional requirement sheet that allowed everyone to always be aware of what we were developing and to what specifics.
